YJ Strip Accumulator plays the part of storing and feeding in high frequency induction welded pipe production line and cold rolling production line. It is the necessary equipment to ensure continuous production. For different strip sizes and weights, we offered different accumulators, such as horizontal strip accumulators, and vertical strip accumulators. The strip enter accumulator incessantly in the production process, and then continuously feeding from the accumulator to the tube-welding machine or the continuous mill. Working with YJ shearing and butt welding machine, steel strips are supplied rapidly and continuously to the accumulator, so as to provide enough strip storage for tube mill. Our strip accumulators are of high stability and superior quality, and we've won ISO 9001 and CE certificates.

Technological Process

Low Turnover Bracket - Angle-adjustable - Turnover Bracket - Leveling & Feeding Machine - Strip Accumulator - High Turnover Bracket - Electrical Control Box

(a) Low Turnover Bracket:
It is made up of bracket (steel structure), horizontal rollers and vertical rollers. Bracket is steel structure. The horizontal roller is to support strip, and the vertical roller to regulate and guide strip.

(b) Angle-adjustable Turnover Bracket:
It's applied for strip auxiliary supporting, consisting of bracket (steel structure), angle adjustment plate, adjustable roller, and retaining roller. Turnover angle can be regulated with the strip, and horizontally feeding strip into the spiral accumulator.

(c) Leveling & Feeding Machine:
The two-axis flatter feeding machine is mainly composed of driving part, pinching part, retaining roller part, and the base part. The base part is welded steel structure. Transmission part consists of gear box and universal connecting shaft.

(d) Accumulator:
It's used for material storage handling and strip driving, consisting of driving part, inner track part, MID vertical roller part, horizontal roller part, outer retaining roller part, and feeding retaining roller stand part. Transmission part consists of motor, gear box, and universal coupling

(e) High Turnover Bracket:
It's made up of high bracket (steel structure), horizontal rollers and vertical rollers. The horizontal roller is to support strip, and the vertical roller to regulate and guide strip.

(f) Electric Control Box:
Equipped with a main motor controlling cabinet, safety protection and emergency stop button. Main components and wearing parts conform to GB requirements. Three- phase four-wire system.
